MUSIC CREATORS AND COMPOSERS

Grant recipients are required to file a final report upon completion of their project. Applications for future grant will not be accepted until reports on previous grants have been received and approved by TAC.

The report must include information on the purpose and goals of the project and an evaluation of the extent to which the goals were met.

A complete project report includes:

  1. Report Form B completed in full
  2. A brief written report on the project that includes the following information, as appropriate, to describe how you used the grant:
    • Synopsis of the form and content of the project. (Include information on the creative process, where applicable.)
    • Purpose of the project and the goals you set out to achieve.
    • Evaluation of the extent to which the goals were met.
    • Whether the project changed from your original proposal and if so, how.
    • Whether you completed the project, or, if not, what stage the project is at.
    • If completed, whether the project has been published, exhibited, produced or presented.
    • Names of artistic personnel involved in your project.
  3. Financial Statements, if applicable: Recipients who spent their grant entirely on subsistence, do not need to submit a financial statement, but should include this information in their written report.
  4. Attachments: Composers are required to include a CD or copy of the score and/or lyrics of the funded project. Please also include samples of any printed materials or press materials related to your project.
