CULTURE DAYS Offers Opportunties for Artists and Volunteers
Here at the Toronto Arts Council we want alert you to Culture Days. This national campaign will focus attention on artistic concerts, workshops, exhibitions and all manners of cultural activity happening across Canada from September 24 - 26. Everyone is welcome to participate as an artist or as a volunteer.
We think Culture Days is a significant opportunity for both audience development and increased visibility for artists and arts organizations. This awareness campaign will provide a strong voice advocating the value of arts and culture in Toronto, along with hundreds of cities and communities right across the nation.
The idea behind Culture Days is to include both amateur and professional arts activities across all geographic and culturally diverse communities. Individuals and groups, both professional and amateur, are invited to provide free opportunities for the public to experience and participate in their particular activity. These can include open houses, exhibitions, screenings, workshops, lectures, performances and demonstrations.

To Volunteer
- Participate as a Volunteer in numerous ways
To Register a concert, workshop, exhibition or other artistic activity
- Identify an activity, including activities you may already be organizing, that you or your organization could promote to the public during Culture Days
- Ensure the activity is free, open to the public and provides an interactive or participatory experience
- Fill out the form below and your free event will be included in Culture Day, advertised on the site and revealed on the activity map
